Delivery methods
Depending on the project, delivery may include deployment to a website or cloud environment, repository access, downloadable files, credentials, documentation, training, remote consultation, configuration, or ongoing technical support.
Estimated timelines
Delivery estimates are provided after scope review. Timelines may change if requirements change, customer feedback or access is delayed, third-party services are unavailable, or new technical dependencies are discovered.
Milestones and acceptance
Larger projects may be delivered in milestones. Review and acceptance procedures, including any correction period, will be described in the proposal or statement of work.
Customer dependencies
Customers are responsible for timely approvals, content, credentials, access, third-party accounts, and other inputs identified in the project scope.
Delivery confirmation
Project communications, deployment records, repository/file handover, meeting notes, or written confirmation may be used to document delivery of digital services.
