Bitforgez LLC provides technology services subject to applicable laws, sanctions, export controls, software licence terms, and restrictions imposed by third-party providers.
Lawful customers and use
We do not knowingly provide services for unlawful activities, prohibited products, fraud, unauthorized access, or other uses that violate applicable law or the terms of platforms and service providers involved in a project.
Restricted destinations and persons
We may decline, suspend, or terminate an engagement where providing the service would violate applicable sanctions, export controls, payment-network rules, or legal restrictions.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring their requested use, content, data, users, and target markets are lawful and appropriately licensed. Additional compliance information may be requested when necessary.
