Project services
For fixed-scope or milestone projects, cancellation is effective when acknowledged by Bitforgez LLC. Amounts due will be calculated according to work completed, accepted milestones, reserved resources, non-cancellable third-party costs, and the written project terms.
Recurring maintenance or support
Recurring plans may be cancelled according to the notice period stated in the applicable plan, invoice, or service agreement. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically reverse fees for service periods already provided or started.
Third-party services
Domain registrations, hosting, licences, paid APIs, app-store fees, cloud services, and other third-party charges may be non-refundable once purchased or committed on the customer’s behalf.
