Effective date: August 26, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Bitforgez LLC website and form part of the general terms applicable to requests for professional services. A specific proposal, statement of work, order confirmation, invoice, or service agreement may contain additional terms and will control for that engagement if there is a conflict.
Services
Bitforgez LLC provides custom software development, web application development, IT consulting, and maintenance & support. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, price, acceptance criteria, and support period are agreed before paid work begins.
Quotes and project requests
Submitting a website form or receiving a preliminary estimate does not create a binding obligation to purchase. A project begins only after the parties agree the commercial and technical terms required for that engagement.
Customer responsibilities

- Maintain appropriate backups and permissions for systems you ask us to access.
- Use delivered software and services lawfully and in accordance with third-party platform terms.

Changes in scope
Requests outside the agreed scope may require a change order, revised timeline, or additional fee. We will communicate material changes before performing chargeable out-of-scope work.
Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of custom deliverables, pre-existing code, third-party libraries, templates, fonts, stock assets, and other materials are defined in the applicable proposal or service agreement. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licences.
Warranties and limitations
We aim to provide professional services with reasonable care. Technology systems can depend on third-party platforms, hosting, browsers, APIs, devices, and customer-provided materials outside our control. Any project-specific warranty or remedy will be stated in the applicable agreement to the extent permitted by law.
Suspension and termination
We may pause or terminate work for non-payment, unlawful use, security concerns, material breach, or failure to provide required project inputs. Cancellation and refund consequences are governed by the applicable policy and engagement terms.
Governing documents
These website terms, together with any accepted proposal, statement of work, invoice terms, privacy policy, refund policy, cancellation policy, service delivery policy, and billing policy, form the relevant contractual framework for the engagement.
